We always dreamt about building our own dream house! A a few years ago somebody told us about the piece of land on Tamarind Hill. When we arrived at the gate and asked the security guard if it was possible to take a look we immediately felt in love about this flat piece of land with amazing views. Overlooking St Barth, St Kitts, Nevis, Guana Bay and many more we knew that this was the place to build our dream house. A quiet, safe and peaceful community not far from Philipsburg, close the beach and the French Side make this a very special place.

It is flat so no high evacuation costs and big enough to build a family house or villa with a swimming pool.
So we bought the land and start to make plans but now a few years later we decided to sell it because we are leaving St Maarten because of our job.

Transfer of ownership of our property will be performed by our Notary Office Boekhoudt in Philipsburg.
